The Agenda is as follows:
1) A motion to approve in principle the proposed Memorandum of Understanding.
2) A motion to publicly release the initial email to the Deputy Attorney General and the DAG response.
3) Formal rejection of the three ballots associated with the Cure Letters that were postmarked after June 10, 2026.
4) A motion to open, review, process, and hand count the ballots associated with completed Cure Letters that had a timely postmark.
5) Any further action needed for any remaining Cure Letters and their associated ballots.
