SPECIAL MEETING OF THE
ATLANTIC COUNTY AGRICULTURE DEVELOPMENT BOARD
Request for Reasonable Costs & Attorney Fees
Pursuant to NJ Right to Farm Act N.J.S.A. 4:1C-10.1a
The Atlantic County Agriculture Development Board (”Board”) will hold a Special Meeting on Tuesday, September 22nd, 2026 at 6:30pm at, 6260 Old Harding Hwy, Mays Landing, NJ 08330. This meeting will include a request from Liepe Farms for reasonable costs and attorney fees, pursuant to the NJ Right to Farm Act, N.J.S.A. 4:1C-10.1a, from Mr. Ryan McCourt. All interested parties will be afforded an opportunity to participate in the hearing. Formal action may be taken at this meeting.
