Haneman Environmental Park<br>6700 Delilah Road<br>Egg Harbor Township, NJ 08234</p><p>The proposed Plan Amendment to the Atlantic County District Solid Waste Management Plan was prepared by CME Associates, dated 10/25/25 and last revised 11/24/25, is entitled “Proposed Phase 4 MSE Berm Landfill Lateral Expansion &amp; Vertical Expansion to Elevation 185-ft”.&nbsp; The proposed Plan Amendment, Report and Map showing the boundaries of the solid waste management district and the proposed solid waste facilities have been prepared and are available for inspection at the&nbsp;<strong>Atlantic County Department of Regional Planning and Development,</strong> located at&nbsp;201 New Road, Northfield, NJ 08225, and at the offices of every municipality within Atlantic County during normal business hours.</p><p><strong>Written comments&nbsp;</strong>regarding the proposed project will be accepted by the Atlantic County Board of Commissions and by the Atlantic County Department of Regional Planning and Development.</p><p>All interested persons are invited to attend the Public Hearing and provide comment.</p>
