The Atlantic County Library System has done it again by sweeping the Best Library category in the annual Best of the Press Readers’ Choice awards for the fourth consecutive year.
“It’s rewarding to know that our library branches and their staffs are valued and appreciated by their patrons,” stated County Executive Dennis Levinson. “We’re proud to be a valuable community resource.”
Three of the library system’s 10 branches took top prizes. The Ventnor branch earned the gold medal, followed by the Galloway branch with the silver medal, and Mays Landing branch won the bronze medal. The Ventnor and Galloway branches won these same categories last year and repeat as reigning champions.
