Notice of Professional Services Contracts
At their meeting of February 17, 2026, the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Atlantic authorized an amended professional services agreement to add additional attorneys to serve as municipal public defenders in the Central Municipal Court of Atlantic County for a total not to exceed $162,240.00 for the period commencing January 1, 2026 through and including December 31, 2026.
Resolution No. 78 of 2026 authorizing this contract, and the contract itself, will be on file for public inspection at the Office of the Clerk of the Board of County Commissioners, Stillwater Building, 201 Shore Road, Northfield, New Jersey.
