Notice of Professional Services Contract
At their meeting on March 3, 2026, the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Atlantic authorized an amended professional services agreement with SCS Engineers to prepare an update to the Atlantic County Solid Waste Management Plan to extend the term date only, with no additional cost.
Resolution No. 92 of 2026 authorizing this contract, and the contract itself, will be on file for public inspection at the Office of the Clerk of the Board of County Commissioners, Stillwater Building, 201 Shore Road, Northfield, New Jersey.
