Notice of Alternate Method Contract
At their meeting of March 3, 2026, the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Atlantic authorized an alternate method contract with Attorney William Blaney, Esq., to provide legal services for the Atlantic County Prosecutor and the County of Atlantic for an amount not to exceed $50,000.00 for a term commencing March 3, 2026 through the conclusion of the Interest Arbitration matters.
Resolution No. 108 of 2026 authorizing this contract, and the contract itself, will be on file for public inspection at the Office of the Clerk of the Board of County Commissioners, Stillwater Building, 201 Shore Road, Northfield, New Jersey.
