Atlantic County Ordinance No. 1-2026
An Ordinance amending the Atlantic County Solid Waste Management Plan to include both lateral and vertical expansions of the existing sanitary landfill located on Block 603, Lot 10 and Block 703, Lot 1 in Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey.
An Ordinance entitled as above was adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Atlantic in the Stillwater Building, 201 Shore Road, Northfield, New Jersey on the 3rd day of March 2026, and approved by the County Executive on the 4th day of March 2026.
