Notice of Professional Services Contract
At their meeting of June 2, 2026, the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Atlantic authorized professional services agreements with various firms to establish the 2026-2027 pool to provide appraisal services, for an aggregate total not to exceed $135,000.00 for all appraisers for the period commencing June 3, 2026 and terminating June 2, 2027.
Resolution No. 262 of 2026 authorizing this contract, and the contract itself, will be on file for public inspection at the Office of the Clerk of the Board of County Commissioners, Stillwater Building, 201 Shore Road, Northfield, New Jersey.
