Atlantic County Ordinance No. 3-2026
An Ordinance amending the Bylaws of the Atlantic County Board of Commissioners to provide for early public comment on agenda items not scheduled for public hearings, adjusting notice requirements and other procedural updates.
An Ordinance entitled as above was adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Atlantic in the Stillwater Building, 201 Shore Road, Northfield, New Jersey on the 2nd day of June 2026, and approved by the County Executive on the 3rd day of June 2026.
