School Registration Form
Only One Form Per School!
Registration fees have been waived for 2026.
All submissions this year will be required to be inputted into specific forms within Atlantic County Office of Cultural and Heritage Affairs’ OneDrive. Each school will be provided a unique link to be used. The Office of Cultural and Heritage Affairs will not accept links, the emailing of documents, etc., from individual schools or teachers. More information regarding specifications and submissions for all disciplines will be provided early in 2026.

School Registration Deadline: Friday, January 30, 2026
Discipline-Specific Submission Deadline with all other required forms: Thursday, April 2, 2026 (with digital media, if applicable)
Student Release Form Deadline: Thursday, April 2, 2026 ~Download now and get an early start on getting the forms completed and returned by the deadline!
